Tips for travelling and driving from extended periods of time:

Always bring a lumbar support roll for your lower back and a cervical support for your neck.
Make sure you stand up from your seat and stretch as often as possible. This along with ensuring proper alignment when seating will go a long way in preventing aches.
Hydration is the key to ensuring that your muscles and spinal discs maintain proper fluidity for shock absorption.
In order to avoid blood clots, pooling of blood that can happen in your legs when sitting for long periods of time, make sure you are moving your legs as much as possible.
